The blind box is a special item. Please ensure that you record the entire unboxing process upon receiving the product to avoid any issues with missing or damaged items. If you do not record the unboxing video, we will not be responsible for any missing parts or damages!
1. Due to the blind box nature, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.
2. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (eshinevip@gmail.com) first.
3. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control.
We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.If you receive broken figures from Jane.Toy, please provide below information in the email and send them to our customer service mail

Rules of the "Lucky Number" Game ：
1. Numbers from 1 to 100 are stuck on the on-site product boxes and sealed with tape. There are numbers 1-100 in the link (for you to select your lucky number). After placing an order, return to the live broadcast room—we will tear off the tape on-site and give you the product corresponding to your number.
2. There will be one "Lucky Number" in irregular sessions (subject to the host’s announcement). The lucky person who draws the lucky number can choose any one product from all on-site products! Only one quota is available per session.
3. Product Exchange Area: 5 to 10 different products are provided. If you need to exchange, do it on-site; not exchanging means we will ship the original product by default (we will ship by default if no exchange is requested within 24 hours).
4. We will replenish new products and re-sort them after every 30 orders. Before that, the host will inform everyone of the on-site spot-check session (to prevent cheating).
Notes ：
1. Products: Include Hanging Cards, Large Dolls, Secret Items, Limited-edition Hanging Cards, PVC Products, Plush Toys, etc., with prices ranging from 18 to 300 US dollars (ordinary models account for 65% to 70%, and high-value models account for 20% to 35%). The proportion of product types for each order is the same.

2. Since blind boxes are special products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the order is placed. Thank you for your understanding!
3. Key Point: After receiving the products, please be sure to record a complete unboxing video, including the order number, tracking number, quantity of products, and product characters. During the recording, do not let the products inside the box leave the camera or go out of the camera frame. This allows us to handle any issues promptly. We will not accept requests if the video is recorded more than 48 hours after receiving the goods or after the box has been opened. Thank you for your understanding!
