The blind box is a special item. Please ensure that you record the entire unboxing process upon receiving the product to avoid any issues with missing or damaged items. If you do not record the unboxing video, we will not be responsible for any missing parts or damages!
1. Due to the blind box nature, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.
2. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (eshinevip@gmail.com) first.
3. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control.
We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.If you receive broken figures from Jane.Toy, please provide below information in the email and send them to our customer service mail

3. Picture of the broken item
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.




Rules of the "Lucky Number" Game
1. Numbers from 1 to 100 are stuck on the back of on-site product boxes, and numbers 1 to 100 are also available for selection in the link (to choose your lucky number). After placing an order, please return to the live broadcast room, and we will provide you with the product corresponding to the number you selected.
Please note: Products with a blue label sticker on the front indicate that there is a number on the back.
2. After every 30 orders are completed, we will replenish new products and reorganize them. Before restocking, the host will inform everyone to conduct an on-site spot check.
3. Product Exchange Area: 5-10 different types of products are available. If you need to exchange, please complete the process on-site; if you do not exchange, the original product will be shipped by default (if no exchange request is made within 24 hours, shipment will be made by default).
4. To avoid unnecessary on-site confusion, we will hand over the hanging cards and large doll products to you after one round ends. After taking on-site screenshots, we will put them back in their original positions. Please be informed!
5. One "Lucky Number" will be drawn at irregular intervals (subject to the host’s announcement). The lucky user who draws the lucky number can choose any one product from all on-site products! There is only one quota per interval.
Notes
1. Product Types: Include hanging cards, large-sized dolls, secret items, limited-edition hanging cards, PVC products, plush toys, etc., with prices ranging from 18 to 300 US dollars (ordinary models account for 65%-70%, and high-value models account for 20%-35%). The proportion of product types corresponding to each order is the same.
Note: All single-box and full-set plush toys do not come with packaging boxes. If you need a packaging box, please purchase the corresponding style of packaging box in the link.*
2. Blind boxes are special products, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the order is placed. Thank you for your understanding!
3. Due to the large number of products, we need to process them manually, so there is a certain probability of errors. If you mind this, please do not place an order!
4. Important Reminder: We will package our products carefully, but due to international shipping, we cannot guarantee that the boxes will be in perfect condition upon arrival. Any damage to the outer packaging is caused by the shipping company and is beyond our control. We only take responsibility for damage to the upper half of the models.
5. After receiving the products, please be sure to record a complete unboxing video. The video content must include the order number, tracking number, quantity of products, and product styles. During the recording, do not let the products inside the box leave the camera or go out of the camera frame. This facilitates us to handle various issues in a timely manner. We will not accept relevant requests if the video is recorded more than 48 hours after receiving the goods or after the box has been opened. Thank you for your understanding!
